Dynamite blow away the opposition at BADAC sportshall event
Captain Alicia Baxter, Haddley Bedford and Matthew Lewis amassed a total of 150 points at the end of the continuous one-and-a-half hour programme of running and jumping events.
Dynamite’s superiority was no more emphatic than in the three-lap race with Haddley first recording 36.4 secs, Matthew in third place with 37.8 secs and Alicia finishing fourth in 39.0 secs.

Hide AdHaddley also won the two-lap event (22.5 secs), the vertical jump (52cm) and the speed bounce (63).
Matthew contributed maximum points in standing triple jump (5.32m) and standing long jump (1.95m).
Alicia was second in the speed bounce (62), and runner-up in vertical jump (44cm).
TNT were runners-up, with Malena Baxter, Jessica Hawkins and Rhys Buswell scoring 103 points.

Hide AdMalena was victorious in the standing triple jump (5.50m) and was second over three-laps (37.0 secs) and third in vertical jump (40cm) and speed bounce (60).
Rhys Buswell, the youngest competitor, put in a series of improved times - 12.9 secs for one-lap, 26.2 secs for two-laps and 41.7 secs for three-laps.
His jumping results also demonstrated progress.
Jessica Hawkins had a very promising debut, producing the fastest time in the one-lap event, recording an excellent 11.2 secs and was second fastest over two-laps (23.8 secs) and finishing third in vertical jump (43cm).
In third position, the Lightning Jets were depleted by the withdrawal of leader Hallam Bedford when he sustained an injury.

Hide AdBefore his injury, Hallam recorded 12.3 secs for the one-lap run and 40cm in vertical jump.
Georgia Ward achieved a total of 46 in speed bounce and cleared 3.90m in standing triple jump. She recorded 12.5 secs in the one-lap race.
Rosie Owen cleared 3.86m in standing triple jump and recorded 12.9 secs for one-lap and scored 57 in speed bounce, assisting Lightning Jets to their total of 95 points.
